Sigma Xi (Honors Research Society) SIUC Chapter and Material Technology Center are happy to announce two Sigma Xi Distinguished Lectures by Professor Omowunmi Sadik. Professor Sadik's two titles are followed.

 

Scientific Lecture:    Directional Templating of Anisotropic Nanoparticles using Poly (pyromellitic dianhydride-p-phenylene diamine). 4:00 pm Thursday Oct 19 at Engineering A Room 111 (auditorium). Reception will be followed.

 

      Public Lecture:     Can your iPhone tell you what’s in your food? - Nanosensors for rapid detection of food pathogens. 7:00 PM Thursday Oct 19 at Law School Lesar building Room 120 (auditorium). Reception will be followed.
