Dr. Marshall H. Kaplan
is a leading mentor and advisor on the acquisition of sponsored
academic research funding. He has over 40 years of experience in
university teaching, research, and administration. Dr. Kaplan was a
tenured, full professor of engineering at Penn State and has a long
record of producing successful sponsored research results and
strategies. He has been the advisor and mentor on grant acquisitions
valued from $250,000 to $25,000,000. Dr. Kaplan holds advanced degrees
in engineering from MIT and Stanford University, and is the recipient of
awards for research and professional contributions.
