 Have you looked at the McNair Scholars Program application to become a member.

The McNair Scholars Program is now accepting applications.

Are you interested in pursuing a doctoral or master's degree after you receive your bachelor's degree? See if you are eligible to fill out an application for the program. 

Eligibility 

1.) You must be a sophomore or a junior with a GPA of at least a 2.7

2.) You must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident

3.) From a low-income family and neither of your parents have earned a bachelor's degree and/or if you are from a group traditionally underrepresented in the doctoral programs. 

Application materials include your:

Application, Resume, Personal Statement, Research Statement, Unofficial Transcript, 3 letters of recommendation (at least 2 from faculty preferred), and financial documents (previous year tax returns & student aid report from FAFSA).
