Are you interested in undergraduate research or graduate school? Apply to the McNair Scholars Program and be one of thousands to develop their leadership and research skills. This nationally recognized program is a graduate training program that enhances your undergraduate experience. Students work with faculty and staff mentors to discover the foundations of research, academic writing, and public speaking. Our capstone activity is our Summer Research Institute where students participate in paid research with a faculty member for eight-weeks during the summer. Apply Now Deadline Mar 4
Eligibility Criteria:
All participants must have completed at least 56 hours of coursework, have a minimum GPA of 2.7, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and be a part of one of the following groups:
1)Be from a low-income family where neither of your parents have earned a bachelor’s degree or 2) Be from a group traditionally underrepresented in graduate education.
